Oh boy, the stickers on this absolute unit! The number of times I lost them when building him was astounding (Found them all, luckily) But can't argue with the end result: He looks amazing. And all it took was eroding my sanity while putting them on. The build was a breeze, tho. Do I like him? Yes. But do I recommend him? A reluctant yes because of the sticker hell

My wife boight this kit for me from japan over summer. Stickers drove me crazy but damn it's one of the most visually stunning digimon kits so far.

I think that the problem with chrome gold / gold plating on model kits is a paint in the tail because it marks unless it’s under-gated I should know.

Funny. This kit is about to arrive here at my house (it still has to pass commons and all the good slow stuff of the mail service, but I'm hopeful it will arrive in october at least), and I have been waiting for it with interest. Let's see what mister Vancy has to tell me about this! _Looks at the tittle_ Well... that doesn't look very promising... Edit after watching the video: Ok this kit is awesome. It's definitely a must have for this line, and a top contender too. While I'm sad because my kit got sent back to Japan(because commons hate me) and I have to wait until next year, I would recommend painting the gold in a more copper color and use a gundam metallic marker for the blue and silver stickers(better effect, and doesn't risk peeling out). At least that is what I will do when I get my hands on this kit.

I semipainted mine. All Blue stickers, I used the metallic blue Gundam marker. For the red and grey ones, I used the red and metallic silver DSPIAE acrylic marker, respectively. Man, I hope Amplified Metal Greymon doesn't have this much stickers.

I agree, painting it is the way to go. Might do it as well in the future. Fingers crossed the metal greymon will be mostly colored part seperation, here's hoping 🤞

Dude, sooo mANy stickers! I bought this as my first amp model kit and the amount of time it took for the stickers to fit perfect took my like 6 hours over 2 days but I love how posable it is, need a shelf for it now...do other kits like omega x or bwgX have as many stickers? what about the old non-amp ones?

Nah, the other digimon kits aren't as sticker heavy. So much more pleasant of a build 😆

The wheels on the shoulder make me think it will turn into a bike. The design kinda like a FF13 summon. So many chao symbols though. Probably some will mod it into a chao god.

Well seeing as how the claw arm is identical to machinedramons and that kit itself is pretty big, I think thats a good indicator our metalboi with be chonky as well.

wouldn't adding some super glue on the stickers be better? i mean, it kind of gives a nice effect and protects the stickers while it keeps them in place

The issue isn't the adhesive, it is the amount of stickers of varying sizes some of which are very very tiny lol. Also stickers that fold around edges are never nice 😆 I would personally would mess up putting super glue because I'm clumsy 😅

Shine greymon is personally the ugliest or at least the most awkward mega form for agumon. Figure rise team is in my opinion again, bandai's strongest team right now. Not all of their releases are winners, but unlike the gunpla team (if it even exists), they won't stop grinding.

I agree on both takes 😄 Shinegreymon definitely looks weird but that's its charm for me and bandai gave up on gunpla we barely get 1 mg and rg a year lol

@@vancyhobbies I am surprised they were able to improve him. He's basically handsome Squidward now, just better. I think it's the very long neck topped with a humanoid face with no mouth. It doesn't look like a dragon, but like a demon with those head and neck proportions
