In another time these guys would have been the biggest thing in Australian music. Considering their undeniable talent it's staggering that they are completely absent from the mainstream music media and press and have zero presence on any of the major festivals while utterly benign and mediocre acts like Spacey Jane, Ocean Alley and Jungle Giants wrack up accolades and headline slots. The sustained campaign of vitriol is completely disproprtionate to their alleged transgressions. What a sad and disturbing situation we have in this country where a small group of self-appointed moral arbiters have such influence over the cultural landscape.

This is so perfect. They felt it, they practiced, they performed, they killed it. I still can't believe these guys sometimes. I've probably written ten comments on their videos about just how polished they are when they want to be. And Dylan's voice and all of their timing and the mixing is all so incredible. Dylan and Seamus alone create a vibe that I don't quite get from most other bands. I probably watch this ten times a year or more, and I'm always moved. Fuckin' great job guys, a moment for history right here, even if the bozos there won't record you again.

I've loved this cover since it came out. I always come back to it despite the controversy about this band. The vocalist, his vocals have always soothed in this cover. I recently had a miscarriage at 12 half weeks, it was quite traumatic due to lack of staff. NSW hospitals, government, there's not much I can say other than disheartening. I'm seeking change which is the positive out of a negative situation so nobody goes through what I had. However, this song heals my heart and allows me to cry peacefully alone each time I've listened since it happened 3 weeks ago. Grateful for this cover still being available to listen too. Sometimes music is magic, it's all we need and want to heal our mind, soul and bodies. It's hard not to feel alone going through something like this even though people say you're not alone. Music speaks on another level that people sometimes cant. It's okay to feel alone and not be okay if you're also going through something. ❤
