I just made it. It's superb! Not unlike the pork belly with clementine. My stock was all but cooked off, so I was going to be without a dipping sauce. I blended the contents of the tin (minus thyme) with water and deglazed the tin on the hob. It resulted in a fab gravy. I thoroughly recommend it!
