Sir, I am 25 years old. 3 months ago, my elbow joint got dislocated, and extention got restricted. My question is that : is applying mustard oil under the sun on the affected area beneficial? (Only applying, not massaging) Or it can lead to a bigger problem in future? I feel that it helps me a lot to extend my arm Plz reply 🙇

My L.Hand elbow was fractured 1 n half month ago but it's cured now 5 days ago... Maine 5din se exercise kar raha hoon but hath khul nahi kar pa raha hoon aur bandh nahi kar pa raha hoon, only 10% ok till now... Kiya thora exercise karodon to thik ho jayega?

Sir Meri beti 12 saal ki hai usse 18 February 2021 ko 11000 volts ki wire se electric shock laga tha. Uske baad fasciotomy Hui thi. Uske baad Sir Ganga Ram hospital Delhi mein Skin grafting hui.
