That has been a common prblem with stihl tools.Sometimes its the hot weather i tell all my customers release the fuel cap.But it can be needle and seat i allways replace them

Yeah I don't really like these blowers if I am honest mate

Very rarely it's the needle and seat causing this, it's usually the pump diaphragm causing fuel to push up from the tank through the pulse hole while it's standing.

Looked like foam coming out of there somebody threw it in the wash what the .... ? I'm sure you'll find the problem Rob !!!
