I love how you guyz start the video with the warm up first instead of just jumping to the workout part. Warming up before exercising is something that many people still ignores unfortunately 🙄🤦♀️ thank you for emphasizing the importance of warming up before working out.

Of course! And the older we get, the more important warm ups become. When you're younger you might be able to get away with shorter warm-ups, but the more mileage you've got, the more necessary it becomes, not only to prevent injury, but also get the best activation and performance out of the workout itself. @@BlueStarNutraceuticals Thanks for the encouragement! I did the workout on Saturday morning but I only got to 3 rounds instead of 5. I mixed in a 6 minute ab workout and then 20 minutes of interval training on the elliptical. My triceps and back shoulders are much weaker than front shoulders and biceps so I struggled with the extensions. I will do it again sometime this week before Christmas! Excellent workout though!

1 & 1/2 reps are phenomenal. I use them as a "finisher" for side laterals. Usually, one set to failure. 1 & 1/2 reps also work very well on a rear delt machine.

Yes, exactly Rob, You'll do all 4 rounds of superset A, then all 4 of Superset B and so on, until the workout is complete.

Because this is targeted specifically for shoulders and arms you should only perform this specific workout 1-2 times per week in combination with other workouts working the other muscle groups in your body.

And no supplement or diet works. I been trying to get rid of this water for years. Practically you have to figure it out on your own to get the abs. I know I had to, I still got some water in me but I got rid alot of it.
