Does exactly what it says on the tin! I absolutely love these ‘no fluff’ strength workouts. The basic moves mean you can really focus on building strength and have time to apply the maximum weight suitable for you on each exercise. Exactly as you say Pj, you can feel every muscle group that is being worked. Absolutely brilliant, thank you… had jelly arms doing the ironing afterwards! 😂

Just found your channel over a week ago. Loving this workout. I suffer with bicep tendonopathy so usually anything I do aggravates it. This doesn’t seem to 😀👍 if you could recommend anymore of your workouts that would be good for me that would be great! Love your fun approach 😊

I recommend you give my free 21-Day Challenge: fitnesswithpj.lpages.co/fit-fierce-challenge/ From there by mindful of your shoulder positioning (keep them back & down) and do bodyweight only on the affected arm/shoulder for overhead presses. In that series tho, we'll work on strengthening the shoulders as well as shoulder & t-spine mobility (both will help you). Have fun with the program!
