I was just at DT today. It’s my favorite store! Their battery lanterns are wonderful and I use them every evening instead of using electric lights. Our bill has dropped dramatically! Thank you DT!

One thing I discovered with Dollar Tree stores is to look at the size of each of the stores. We had some smaller ones and I was discouraged how they often didn't have what you could see online but then we found a bigger one just a short drive from us that carries a much bigger selection of goods. Because it is larger square foot, then they can have each section better stocked, although what appears on the shelves can suddenly be low or sold out especially around any holiday.

Something like a shower curtain you could use as a tent outside if you put it over some rope

I bought four clear shower curtain liners and they have all come in handy. We had heavy rain and snow and they made great tarps.

Fla here & we just got some really cold weather for us (but so far not a freeze). Southern states need to use this time to assess & assemble what you didn't think about. We rarely & it's been a long time, but I've had to use my good sheets on my garden & baby mango trees. So, plan to thrift for outside covers & clothes pens to clip to hold. I love your $Tree blue lantern & have it in my safe closet for hurricanes. You & Teddy stay warm.😊

Shower curtains can be rainwater catchers as well. I like the idea of the bottle-cleaners.I hope I find some of those. Terro Does not work on the ants where I am in KY, but they work in other places, (I think they have adapted!)

Although I have three Dollar Trees within a relatively short driving distance it's still hard to find some items. Lots of bare shelves.

Here is a mouse trap hack. Sometimes you might get a "smart" mouse that jumps over the mouse trap; we had this situation a couple of times. Place a pair of mouse traps about 3 inches apart along the wall. When Mr. Smarty jumps over the first trap, he lands on the second trap and SNAP. By the way, Alaska Granny, I found Great Value Instant Dry WHOLE Milk at Walmart yesterday. It was for sale along with the non-fat dry milk. It is in a resealable plastic bag, it makes 8 quarts, and the price was $12 and some change. It's expiration date is over a year away, which I thought was really good for milk.

Our Dollar Tree stores are very well stocked . The only thing I can't find lately is Chicken a la king. I guess it's time for me to start making my own.

I really love the Modern Pantry Whole Milk. It is super delicious with vanilla sugar in a freezer cup. It’s like an ice cream treat without all the additives and preservatives. Yum!

I've been finding the 6 pack of English muffins at my dollar tree! I make bacon, egg & cheese & sausage, egg & cheese muffins, 12 at a time and put some in the fridge & some in the freezer for quick breakfast sandwiches!! Absolutely delicious!😊😊

I like the three pack lighters and the cut sheet tin foil. It’s good to start a camp fire on a wet or damp surface. 👍

I did not like the Applewood Smoked Tuna, or many of the other flavors just plain when I was staying with a relative in the hospital. ORGANIZATION is what I need to do with my preps. Good job on showing what can be found at DT!
