Because unepenetratable upper plate armor was too more for most tanks. Coupled with dpm, pen, crazy travers for td, on movement dispersion and troll lower plate to pen and also 10 degrees of gun depression. It had it all. Tank was completely broken. At least now it has weakneses ffs. So I don't have to play against noobs camping ridge and farm my noob teammates. Badger is not fun to play against and used to requier 0 skill to play.

armor of badger got nerfed this most recent update today and hurt it so bad where 339 heat can pen the "cheeks " of the badger on flatground and 355 heat can pen a lot of the lower-mid superstructure (both 339 and 355 without gun depression) but on a ridgeline it will still be a beast .

Ever since the calibrated shells change the badger lost most of its capabilities, it literally only have dpm and nothing else.

It's still had ridiculous armor. It's only that you can't just push heavies face hug and kill them with no skill. A good change in my opinion.

It was a overpowerd tank but now with armor nerf and pen puff it make it little bit weaker also the point why wg doesn't puff its dispersion cuz its gonna be 3700dpm accurate monster, i dk why wg nerf the mobility but still this thing is absolutely beast same for the wz113 gft
