I'm an advanced guitarist who played in various rock and metal bands in my earlier years. I've always had my guitars setup to Eb. It's so much easier to bend notes for solos and of course the vocalist likes not having to sing so high as well...lol.Anyway, Steve, I always enjoy your video tutorials! Thanks! Steve! Steve ,you are a real good teacher. I started playing guitar in 1968, I was 9. I tripped across your site one day and watched. I still look you up couple times a week to see what your class is doing. I wish when I was a kid, (obviously no computer) I could have taken lessons from the likes of you. You seem patient and happy , that makes all the difference in the world.Keep up the great work. I really like your method of teaching. I fixen to start taking entry level lessons, as soon as my new guitar comes in. I have been looking around for an online teacher. You are the one I like the best. Like you said, make it fun and you do. Your teaching methods makes it FUN. The way you teach someone a few cords, then say what songs you can play by learning those cords and touch on how to play a few songs with those cords you have just learned. I love that. That way someone can start learning a few songs while they are leaning the cords. That's good practice too, "Awesome". Takes away the boring part of just learning the cords. I will be signing up with you in a few days. Thanks for sharing these free videos with us, showing your style of teaching. It was a big help to me on finding myself who's going to be my instructor.
