Definitely one of the greatest to ever lace em up. My favorite of all time for sure. That Dusty Rhodes impression was almost as amazing as Sting's career. And this comical side of Sting is great as well

Sting is a great story teller! I could listen to him tell stories all day to be honest. The fact that he actually gets into each character (e.g. dusty, the fans etc). His face paint also really helps convey each emotion really well in my opinion. Love it

The best comment of this so far was that Tony said he was a KISS fan and said with the paint on there face they never age and Sting come back answer was a Classic response was " I know better than that no amount of paint can cover up that " referring to Kiss's aged look with the makeup on while on tour in there 70's. I enjoyed this but what I also liked was when a fan would ask a ? and Sting would not remember the match but the fans would go into great detail when asking him the ? and also the side stories of the matches he did recount and what happened in them kind of like a side story to the fan's ? when asked and given .

Great moment for sure. Always consistent when it came to performing. Not too many so called flop matches. Obviously a few come to mind. But overall great. Thanks Steve “my favorite sting” Borden.

Here's pretty much our only Taker v Sting match option left. Survivor Series 5 on 5: Team Taker v Team Sting. At some point during the match, there's a maylay that spills out and clears the ring. Taker and Sting have a stare down. Throw some punches, couple Sting chops, irish whip to corner and Stinger splash x2, Scorpion Death Drop, Taker sit up spot, Choke Slam, Team Sting members get back in ring, work punches till Taker powders back outside the ring.

Mount Rushmore of pro wrestling-- if you dont think so, I bet you're from the north! He was sooooo over in the late 80s & early 90s. Everyone forgets just how huge Surfer Sting was, without Sting there wouldnt have been a WCW Nitro , & no Monday Night Wars, wcw wouldn't have been a major league wrestling company without him, wouldnt have been an NWO , & then add in all the stuff since Crow Sting, hes top 5 all time!
@shepamundo314626 күн бұрын
I had a chance to see Sting in his retirement year, but didn't take it. Oh well. Sucks, but he will always be one of my favorites. With all the people asking about Sting vs. 'Taker I'm surprised he didn't mention the match against 'Taker when he was Mean Mark when Callaway was with WCW in his early days. Even though the two were older when Sting came over to WWE, and 'Taker thinks it wouldn't have lived up to fans expectations, I think the two of them would have left it all in the ring.

sting at #GotJ25 #GatheringOfLegends the atmosphere isnt "christian" but theres more genuine love than you find at many religious institutions behind the paint is violent j's biography btw. hes putting all his heart and soul into #JuggaloChampionshipWrestling and fairly sure ppl would lose their mind just seeing sting in any capacity. mmfwcl always felt there was more "action" in WCW than wwf/wwe which is why they took the lead. sting didn't say shit, just came out and let the commentators do the talking like expected. live is great because you never really know whats going on other than the expressions, and wrestling always been pretty good at overexagerating emotions. how some people learn whats good and whats not. whats acceptable and what isn't. they do have an issue on showing off "strength" that isn't physical, but in all honesty wrestling is best viewed as a dramatic comedy. its a play, a different type of play but still a play
