Sting always has been a brilliant lyricist, I recall "Bring On The Night". Reading his lyrics taught me that I could bring better poetry into my music.

thx for posting. this also was an interesting interview. i guess i just love Sting's voice, he calms my raging nerves just to hear him speak. his music is also soothing to me, even when he is literally screaming to the top of his lungs, like in the song he did with the police called Peanuts, this is one of my many Police songs. As long as i have headphones on, my racist neighbors wont call the actual Police people on me. thank u so very much for giving me hope on a day when i felt like dying because of where i live. god bless u

I loved Sting's act in Dune. I know he must full of work and projects but it'll be great if he could appear somewhere on the screen even if he is an icon on musical stage. I personally share a lot of what he feels about spirituality. I don't believe there is only way to ascend to some greater state. I tried different religious views, some completely threw me away, some just felt right for me. I surely wouldn't go and fight religions though, extremisms are what should be addressed.
