I have not gotten to race there yet, but almost have 2 cars ready to give the LMP class a try. The folks are very supportive and friendly and enjoy the competition so it is going to be fun.

These are too fast for me. I liked slot car racing better in the 60s when cars had to be driven.

These cars need to be driven, but these are some quite skilled drivers. If you screw up with these cars, they go flying as you may see in some of my videos, and they can crash real hard. I agree that the speed is unrealistic, but so is RC racing etc. These small models go at super high scale speeds and it takes talent to keep up with them and not go off the track. I'm going to give it a try. This place does also race a couple of vintage classes which use the soldered up chassis of earlier generations. They are not as fast but not much slower either. This track is big and fast. Thanks for your comment.
