Ingredients:
3 pieces of fried bean curd puffs
40g of sliced pork
2 soaked dried shiitake mushrooms, sliced
40g of celery, chopped into pieces
30g of scallions, cut into sections
10g of ginger, sliced
10g of red chili pepper, sliced
Seasoning:
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of rice wine
50ml of water
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Instructions:
Cut the fried bean curd puffs into thick strips and slice the shiitake mushrooms.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or pan. Add the bean curd puffs and stir-fry until fragrant. Then, add the scallions, ginger, and red chili pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the sliced pork and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until the pork is cooked. Then, add the soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, and water and stir-fry until well combined.
Finally, add the chopped celery and stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked and the sauce has thickened. Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and serve.
