Hello again☺ I have everything needed for this dish, so I will try it soon. Is it usually served over some kind of meat, rice or noodles, or have that on the side/ or inside? I am thinking of adding some already cooked pork into it. And maybe also using some harder head of cabbage together with the chinese cabbage, just frying the head of cabbage more first. Hi heihot, welcome back 😀 Thanks for trying this dish! It is served as a side dish, usually with rice here. The meat dish is usually served separately. However, it can also be consumed as-is, however, do note that the gravy is very, very strong in flavour. Adding cooked pork and harder head of cabbage is a great idea! Yes, as you mentioned, the pork and the harder head of cabbage should be slightly cooked first as the rest of the ingredients cook much faster than them.
