Yes this is all time favourites in South ESt Asia. Chef Jia version is very similar to our local fried spicy anchovies.We call this Blachan Ikan Bilis. Blachan is a chili sauce similar to Korean spicy chily🎉❤😂

It's also used in Korean food. You may substitute it to a cooking wine as well. : )

이 채널 다른영상이 떠서 보고 뚝배기 불고기 영산보고 제일 최근 영상인 이 영상도 봤는데;;; 요리 채널인데 요리하는 영상 앵글이 문제가 있는 듯 하네요 잘 보이지가 않아요~ 영상 퀄리티도 좋고 설명도 잘 해주시고 꽤 오랜시간 꾸준히 하시고 계시는데 조회수들이 다 낮이서 의아했는데 개인적으로는 요리하는 게 앵글에 잘 안잡히니까 보는 맛이 안나는 것 같아요~
