Stir fry is great, you can throw together all kinds of stuff. Today I put together the cut up chicken (fried in a little olive oil) and set aside. In a pan with a little olive oil, cut up orange pepper, broccoli, onion, snow peas, mushrooms and I added the can Dynasty brand baby corn. I cooked up long grain rice according to directions. I added stir fry sauce. With this dinner I also had the La Choy crunchy noodles and put soy sauce on the rice and noodles. Green tea (Bigelow) and La Choy fortune cookies.
