OH Annie …. You and Kooky are in for a fun run…. I LOVE making socks for my husband and Grandkids……. they are so easy to take along when one finds themselves with extra time waiting ie car repair, Dr. appointments or while listening to a grand audiobook… sit back and have Fun….

Oooh yay for sock knitting!! :). I have one sock I made years ago ( just call me Dobby!) so you have spurred me on to dig that project out and complete the pair :) xx

Thank you Annie for your video. This looks brilliant. My mum knitted all my dad's socks on double pointed needles, I could never get the hang of them but I do knit chunky wool socks on two needles so really interested in how these go.

Thanks for watching Carol - I actually made a start last night after recording this video, I was itching to see how the fairisle effect knitted up and I'm loving it so far, it's like magic - and there won't be any ends to sew in! Kirsty and Rachel have said that people can personalise, so for example they could make it a 4-needle or circular needle pattern, or if people don't want the actual needles included they would put something else in. I'm so impressed with what they put in for the price - and I found a lovely pen at the bottom of the box which I'd missed :) I'llshare a pic of my progress in a bit and show it during the live today if you're able to join us. Happy New Year Carol! :) xo
