I was wondering what type of beginner patterns can you use if you load your quilt lengthwise/horizontal on a directional quilt

Perhaps loops, or double loops? If you're feeling adventurous you could tuck in occasional flowers or hearts or stars.

Thanks again for your input regarding long loose threads inside a quilt. I was worried about possible thread tension issues when the longarm needle encounters those threads. Leave it to me to overthink things! 😊
