Awesome spec and package, i am still keeping my booking fee with byd from 2023 till now..... awaiting when the seal performance upgrades its onboard charger from 7kwh to 11kwh.... hopefully then i could pull the trigger

I got 7kw account seal in Australia, and charge at home, i don't think it makes much diff, they both charge to full after a night sleep anyway

Hope they increase the top speed to at least 220kph. 180kph speed limiter is the only thing that stops me from placing booking for the car!

I have both seal and civic. Seal definitely bigger a bit than civic.

The seal can drive like a normal ICE car and very well put together, where as some other ev cannot turn off regen braking and too many sensor. Still won't buy it though, but the coming sea lion suv might be great.

@@kw2117 what he said was clear. He is not the first person to say this as well. The car did not coast or 'regen' immediately after releasing the throttle. This driver has not driven an EV before, correct? So he hasn't experienced regen, only coasting in an ICE car.

@@CThienVall Chinese EVs allow you to set regen level to low or zero regen. And the brake uses regen as the first stage regardless how you set the regen level.
