Wish they were bigger producers here in America , but their sound is very European. They had about 4 hits here. I’m glad I have the internet to discover all this great music

I wouldn't describe their sound as European. It's British. Actually slightly more American than European in my opinion.

This song sounds extremely American LOL
@nouveauj.9388 Жыл бұрын
In the worldwide hits by Mel & Kim, Rick Astley, Dead Or Alive and more, as producers they created a real extra european sound more near to America... thanks to this trio, the second half of the 1980's made a fresh sound (still modern today) for discos and clubs specially in the U.S. at the time. CLUB MTV based in New York used to play lots of times their hits.

@@ajs41 this one is american, pretty much all their other stuff is european, not even british if you listen to the beats etc.

This song has been popping up in my head every once in a while for many years; and today I just decided to look it up because I wanted to hear it again. The saxophone part was always prominent in my head. God, this song was pretty funky; I almost forgot.

Liston up guys. This record has been around since 1984. SAW's version was in 2015. Who did the vocals on this version? It's certainly not SAW. This is the original alright but NOT BY SAW. Check this out: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q6aml2uQr56Ara8&ab_channel=KylieMinogue The beak at 1:03. Then check this too: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iaKzXp1_Z9uHqac&ab_channel=MsCharlieRae Uhless Rick James was credited.

1987 on #mymusicalroadto50 Stock Aitken Waterman - Roadblock Well here was a catchy little ditty which I rather liked. It was something new from a trio of guys which I thought might end up being the eighties version of 10cc. Oh how wrong I was.
