Yes, I have been made aware that I butchered the pronunciation of "Strzelecki"...

21:37 “okay, don’t like that” - Nitin. Might I just say that was inspirational. Lovely video. Nit.

Awesome upload. Been looking at getting an easy overland vehicle for daily use too. Nothing to extreme. May have found my answer. Thanks.

There are a few drawbacks for me. The fuel tank is too small and the spare isn't on the back door for easy access when you need it in crap conditions. And the tow rating is a bit light. Otherwise it is an attractive offering at a great price. I have no friends so the lack of cup holders isn't a problem. 😊

Great video. AdBlue issue is good to know. Thanks for this
@TheRoadMoreTravelledАй бұрын
It's not an ongoing issue as such - only encountered it at some points on the trip and never again - just something to keep in mind because it is a sensor based thing - and electronics are obviously prone to failure

next time when it shows faulty lights ( like ad blue) just unscrew battery after 30 sec reconnect. it may work. In this car most of the faulty warning lights are because of faulty break switch. just replace break switch.

This is a really good tip - thanks a lot! Next time it comes up, I'll look at doing your suggestion

The Adblue thing is a deal breaker IMO. Can't believe a vehicle will leave you stranded if this sensor plays up or you run out.
@TheRoadMoreTravelled5 күн бұрын
Tbf, all modern vehicles would do that to you - I'm sure there is a way to override it - check some of the other comments on this vid
@dune7824Күн бұрын
@@TheRoadMoreTravelled Yeah thanks. There are still some modern vehicles which haven't implemented it. Toyota for instance but yes it's getting more prevalent. I did a search, and you can actually buy a Euro 5 AdBlue Removal Emulator for the Scorpio. It essentially disables the software so no need to run AdBlue anymore.

Aha there you go then - I am going to keep my eyes peeled for one of these - Thanks for bringing this to my attention!

I would contact your email to purchase a Scorpio, however, the 1 cup is a dealbreaker for me.

The Kmart cupholder hack does help a bit, but yes - gets a bit annoying. I think their other models are a bit better off
