The children portfolio outperform because their portfolio is not diverse so when the market rises it outperform but when the market falls they will get crushed to dirt On the other hand investors portfolio will follow the market growth ( which means rarely beating the market ) but when market falls they won't lose much fortune You should explain that rather than making it a motivation sentence

My fav stock is HDFC AMC - as it market leader with very renowned brand name and even Prashant jain who has some star power. As per business potential it has long way to go in our country. Only 4% are actively investing in the stock market via mutual fund so there is huge potential. I am very much interested in investment and I have total faith but my problem is I started in 2017 and currently going through with pain as mostly my companies belong to broader market. I dont have any job currently to job to create some float for myself and family. Any suggestion.
