It's great to see the Daffodils out. They were my late Aunt Jean favorite flowers. If the Daffodils are out, Spring on its way. And I'll take that apartment. Lol

This neighborhood is quite charming with all the colorful buildings, nice views and green areas all around. I wish the newly constructed areas in Sweden were more like this. Not so much gray and dense.

Then you should take a look at the Muddus quarter in Norra Djurgårdsstaden!

@@ivverivve0049 That's one of the exceptions, I would say. I've visited so many new areas of Stockholm and most of them are not that pretty and green. Norra Djurgårdsstaden is also a "posh" area where rich people live, so they can afford paying for better architecture.

Love the functionalism in architecture, clean lines and simplicity. 11,9M SEK for 104m2, if I calculated correctly, that's about 1M EUR ! Wow, steep, but then again, you live in a park with cute squirrels

Actually apartment and houses in Sweden almost always sell for much more than in the ads. That’s kind of a starting point for bids. Very expensive! But you do get the squirrels!

@@StockholmWalks Big apartment in nice area with balcony and view, yeah, that can't be cheap. I also like the fishbone parquet floor, a rarity nowadays. So for the people who can afford it, that would be money well spent
