Stocks (Matthiola incana) Grow-A-Long

This Weekend we will be sowing our Stocks (both 'Pot' and 'Cut Flower' varieties)
In this video I will explain about sowing and growing including doing a 2nd sowing in 3 weeks time!

I bought this glower at my local big box store. I wanted to try since ive never seen these flowers before. They are small like 3-4” tall, had one bloom and now the little flower have fallen. I cut the seed pods. I am hoping they grow larger and many blooms. 😅

Very new to cut flower gardening and excited to be following along with your videos. Could I ask what you use to section your beds out with? I guess it makes planting more structured if the beds are sectioned? Thanks Zoe. 😊

We use gravel boards to make up the beds here is a quick link to our Flower Frames information.
