Why are there shares at all?
In the last video, we discuss how to make money from reselling Alibaba and Aliexpress products on Jumia, making awesome profits.
In this video, we discuss how to make millions on the Nigerian Stock Market in 2020.
Every day in the news we hear about the stock exchange, stocks and money moving around Nigerian businesses.
Still, a lot of people don't have an idea of why we have stock markets at all, because the topic is usually very dry.
Videos, explaining things. For example How to make money, the Stock Market or controversial topics. Because we love to chat.
We would love to interact more with you, our viewers to figure out what topics you want to see. If you have a suggestion for future videos or feedback, drop us a line!

Please what are the NSE sectoral index
@NigerianInvestor
@NigerianInvestor 3 жыл бұрын
An index is a selection of stocks with the goal to beat the market. The idea is where one stock performs badly the others good performance would minimise the lose. We have the NSE 30 which is the top 30 companies in terms of capitalization. We have the NSE Banking which is the banking stocks together as one. We have many more. So you review each and select the one that has the combination of stocks you believe will do well together. It is a way of diversification. Does this answer your question?

Your account has to be approved. As part of the requirement of the SEC every account has to go through KYC. Did you upload all the required identification documents? If you did kindly contact 08097783100 (Afrinvest WhatsApp). Let me know how it goes. Thank you

my husband is a us hedge fund manager and trader. i want him to invest in nigerian companies but he says our government is too corrupt
@NigerianInvestor
@NigerianInvestor 4 жыл бұрын
😁 most countries government are corrupt. Most Nigerian companies are struggling. The Nigerian stock exchange is a baby compared to the US. With all that said, there are companies doing very good in the last 10 years. But it is much safer to invest in US because their economy is more matured and the have a lot more stocks. 😁😁

Pls can u tell me the best stock broker in Nigeria
@NigerianInvestor
@NigerianInvestor 4 жыл бұрын
This is subjective as it is due to experience at a point in time. I buy my shares from the banks themselves (filling proxy form) and online brokers. I obviously prefer online brokers for the convenience. 1.) Afrinvestor (My favorite because it lets me transfer funds using GTB Collections - Nibss) 2.) Meritrade (Neutral) 3.) etoro (for a few Nigerian shares but mostly international) So make your pick. I suggest you fund 1 & 2 with little amounts and try buying shares. They both take commission but nothing to worry yourself with. Commission can get crazy when you start trading in millions.
