I don't know how to move forward from someone doing black majic on me. It's extremely difficult

"Black magic" isn't compatible with Stoic philosophy, which is all about interior thought, feelings, and belief.

You must remind yourself on a daily basis that every moment we have can be our last. We are lucky to have each moment. Cherish this thought and realization, focus on what you can control and not what you cannot, and there you will find strength and peace. Practising the principles of Stoic Philosophy is a lifetime endeavor. We are always able to improve ourselves.
