My fellow walker Dave's Walks, what success you have unleashed upon us! I am always pleased to witness the English atmospherics and I can always put reliability on your channel to let me witness them.

Nice, I like how you're showcasing these lesser known parts of the UK. I'm from the East Midlands and I hadn't even heard of Stoke Bardolph before!

Yeah, I kinda want to take the focus out of the main big cities

Did those cows approach you? Amazing videos and channel!
@DavesWalks4 жыл бұрын
They did, close enough I could feel them breathing down my neck, a bit unsettling, but they are gentle inquisitive creatures, more so with my having all my camera gear out.

Those cows ... "You shall not pass!" I guess sticking to the paths in this case didn't help .. never know when you're going to run into wild beasts! Lucky there were no bulls...
@DavesWalks4 жыл бұрын
Those cows got way to close for comfort right up behind me, think my camera equipment stirred their curiosity in me and they came to have a closer look.. their gentle creatures so i wasn't to worried.. 😅

What camera do you use, it's great quality. Also, I presume you use some form of steadying device because it's really smooth
@DavesWalks4 жыл бұрын
Panasonic Lumix GH5 camera, and a DJI Ronin Stabilizer, certainly is great quality, but at a price.. It's too heavy for me to keep using, I've tried a sling and other things, it ain't working for me. That and I stand out like a sore thumb carrying around £2000 worth of camera gear... Researching on what my next step will be, either gopro8 or the pocket Osmo
@RiotDogGaming14 жыл бұрын
@@DavesWalks Wow, yeah. I see what you mean about the price! Even the stabalizer is a pretty penny. Keep us updated on what setup you use. A link in each description would be amazing ;) Great quality walks though. I'm in Stoke-on-Trent and really enjoy seeing the local stuff to here. When the weather get's better I'll be back out there on some of these trails.
