The high level of fabrication, engineering, etc aside. The organization and cleanliness of the shop was mind blowing! Exactly what you want to see when ordering equipment that your life depends on. Every homebuilder and small fab shop like mine should take note.

Great walkthrough. That 5 axis CNC mill is a great tool for manufacturing molds. Another excellent video but I just couldn’t get time for the live feed!! Maybe next time Bryan?

No Problem! It's up here forever now. Yeah... I would like to see that bad boy in action one day (from afar as I am sure it makes quite a mess!) :-) Thank You for your support!

I'm surprised to see this video. I thought ACME went out of business. I tried to get in touch with them for several weeks last winter. Three or four phone calls to different numbers on the website, couple of emails, no response. I ended up buying a competitors tailwheel shock system.

No idea. Seem to be quite present and busy while I took the tour. Just capturing what is available to us all and the behind the scenes of their operation so you can see for yourself what is going on in their shop today. Thank You for taking the time to watch and also engage here. I truly appreciate your support.

I know for the past week or so it has been down for maintenance and scheduled for a new "Launch." I inquired yesterday about it and they reported that it should be up and running by end of day. Thank You for taking the time to watch! :-)

Right?!!! Hah! Well some of it is them... talking. And some of it is ME editing. :-) OK... Maybe a lot of it is me editing. But they just have so much to say as well! THANK YOU for taking the time to watch and engage here! I truly appreciate YOU.

Too bad the tail shock is designed upside down, shock on the bottom is exposed to rocks and set up for tension not compression. All backwards. ACME doesn't tell the truth about load testing either, I have personal experience with them on their Cub shocks. Buy the T3 tail shock for your Cub.

I don't know. Just sharing the "behind the scenes" of their shop so all can see what goes on their and the tools, machinery, science behind what they do. I have a couple more episodes in que explaining in detail about their shock systems, tailwheel/tailspring etc. There is also a video where they beat the living heck out of the tail assembly with rocks....seemed to hold up VERY well. Maybe some customer feedback and changes have been made since then??? Thank You for taking the time to watch and also take the time to leave feedback here! I truly appreciate your support! Catch me in the next episode? :-)
