@@TeenWithACarrotIDK Plus the situations make sense, like, 99.99% of the time. The only one I didn't like was the kids sing along thing in episode 1, but even that sort of makes sense. Compare that to a dad singing to his daughter after a nightmare, singing at a carnival, singing at a concert at the beach, a small victory song at a special event, singing while high on truth gas, singing at a place for couples and now this. Its all done in scenarios and situations that work. And not just randomly busting into song in the middle of a mall or something.

Funny thing to note about this song, Stolas is singing the same notes as the piano that plays in Stolas Speaks, that's why when he says "You have no choice" in such a high note at 1:18 even though the instrumentals aren't hitting those same notes, in Stolas Speaks however, the piano hits a high note at the exact same time he sings this part. If you play both songs at the same time, they'll mix in perfectly, wait for Stolas to start singing, then play the piano's high notes, they'll fit in perfectly. His emotions were always there, in the form of the piano, he just never had the strength to show them openly.

I think their relationship is really complicated and that's what I like about it, Stolas is more open about how he feels and tries to make a connection but doesn't really know how (even as a kid he was very awkward especially in social situations). Making it usually sexual since that's what he finds thrilling in their relationship and something the relationship with his wife was missing. While Blitzø believes him self to be incapable of love or at least believeing that no one could possibly want to be in a love with him or a loving relationship with him. That's why he usually cuts people away when it's his opportunity for a loving relationship, but envy's milly and moxies loving relationship. But views himself as the worst or the most toxic thing for the person and cuts himself away. Believeing that the best thing for others is if there not together so that he doesn't drag them down with whatever he's running from. Like the pictures they look through, the look in his eyes gives more self reflection rather being bored of their relationship like Stolas might think. And In that state of mind it's hard for Biltzø, it's hard for him to convince him-self that any relationship he has is real. Especially when he's been using Stolas while feeling used himself thinking that their relationship can only be sexual because of who they are. But subconsciously there is a part that believes it because when he didn't have a date even though he was reluctant to call he chose Stolas, while Stolas didn't say anything while everyone laughed at the concept of them being together. But he still generally care's for him when he needs help and vice versa.

All of the comments are about the singing, which is great, but someone should comment on the underlying music itself. I busted this out on my piano the other night when I realized it was in G minor. Would love to see someone do an analysis on the piece or spend some time myself doing it if I get some time later. From what I could gather from a few brief plays, it's got plenty of weaving between ending some phrases on with G minor chords and others with Bb major chords (the corresponding major to G minor) which I suspect gives it the wavering feeling from the more melancholic passages and the others that sound more resolved. Not to mention the big reach up that results ("You have no _choice_" hitting a Bb minor like 2 octaves up). Really love this piece.

0:37 I've noticed this multiple times and I would like to point it out once again. If you carefully listen to the background music, it sounds awfully familiar to the ending music in episode 7- Ozzie's. BUT, the difference is that when it was played in episode 7, it ended in a heartbreak, and Stolas' relationship with Blitz fell apart. In THIS situation, Stolas sings his first/second moment with Blitz when he felt a spark between each other. Crazy, right? Same background music, parallel meanings!
