Bulldozer is right, I nicknamed a friends late malamute D9, from the stories they told of him of just pushing the fence boards off to take himself for a walk and just going in straight line where ever he wanted go, not around or over but through. Just made his own path, and kids loved him and he loved everyone.
@kathareenmcknight80652 жыл бұрын
My thoughts exactly. And some fluffy bulldozers are just mouthy. I could tell that he wasn’t really biting. Just mouthing for fun and love. Sadly it’s a trait that can get an inexperienced owner in trouble if it happens when little children are around.

@Orcus79 Orca They should use them as police dogs. "Oh no, the villain has run into those gardens. Whatever will we do...Steve, get The Destroyer." Out comes a malamute who smashes through fences like he's The Juggernaut, and could happily run for days. The criminal wouldn't have a hope of escape. And once he finds the criminal, will constantly mouth without biting, so won't do any harm except to a few fence panels.

I think he's my favourite yet! - The sheer willpower it must take for you to finish jobs like Leo! Two minutes into him being goofy, I'd of given up and just started playing with him!

He didn't bite for hurting, for sure, because he wasn't angry with you...he only wanted to play and being goofy so he fights the blow dryer. A stunning hansome dog by the way.

that entrance with the boot was so freaking cute! i love him. and glad the actual bite seemed to be a bit of a mistake on his part with him being so mouthy, and didn't do much/if any damage, glad you were able to get a laugh after his antics.

Malamutes and huskies have very deep bonds with people. They have a very childlike personality and they are very human-like. They will look at you and listen to you and understand what you're saying. And many times they can predict what you're going to do before you even do it once they get to know you. They're very special dogs...

Owned a 95 lb. Male Male mute and a smaller female shepherd malemute mix. If you walked out and got in the,pickup to go get groceries they would not even get up. If you were going to take them to the beach they went crazy when you stepped out the back door.

You would have loved our two malamute wolf hybrids. They loved taking baths and you could do anything you wanted to their feet. I start handling any dog I gets feet, ears and face as puppies so they don’t react to them being messed with.

Oh gosh this video is making me laugh and on the verge of tears. My family found a stray dog when I was like six or seven years old, he was just tired to a park bench left by God knows who. My dad found him when he took my two younger siblings to the park and despite my parents best efforts to find his owner we never did. So long story short he became our dog in for 13 years he was the best dog ever. He was a wonderful Alaskan malamute and I miss him so much and this video just reminds me so much of him❤

I've had 2 Malamutes, one was very ill-tempered toward me because of poor training on my part, and the other was the polar opposite. I learned what I needed to do to help train & condition him and he was arguably one of the best dogs I ever had the privilege of living with. They're stubborn, energetic, playful, boastful and always ready to surprise you. They're also tough to wash and care for, the shedding is next level. I don't recommend them to 1st time Dog owners. Lots of work, lots of play and lots of Dog, Malamutes are.

My brother lives in Alaska and has a malamute. The dog knows the command "take a bath", which is his cue to go dig and roll in the snow to cool off after a run.
