There is, it would just be expensive. The police package Chargers just come with the standard R/T brakes, which kinda suck. The Scat Pack or Hellcat brakes would be a huge upgrade, but they cost a couple thousand bucks more. The pads are way more expensive too. Over an entire fleet, those costs add up quick.
