Hi Parames, sorry if this reply is too late to be useful for you but yes, you can do the kneading in a machine but it would be best to add the nuts and dried fruit by hand. Thank you for watching and for asking a question - the answer might be helpful to others.

Stollen ingredients: Bread flour 300g Sugar 30g Yeast 6g Milk 150mL Egg yolks 2 (or 1 whole egg*) Salt 3g Cinnamon 6g Butter 50g Fruit mix: Mixed dried fruit** 200g Rum or brandy 2 table spoons Water 2 table spoons Nuts***: Hazel nuts 50g Almonds 50g Marzipan: Almond meal 60g Icing sugar 40g Egg white 1- 2 table spoons **** Coating: Melted butter About 25g, to coat entire surface Sugar To coat entire surface Icing sugar To dust generously on the top *You can use 1 whole egg instead of 2 egg yolks, if you prefer not to have egg whites left. Whole egg will make the stollen a little lighter than egg yolks. **You can use any dried fruit you like. I like the mixed dried fruits with citrus peels and glace cherries in stollen. *** You can use any nuts you like. I used 100g nuts in total, but you could add up to 150g. **** Please add egg white little by little to get the pasty consistency. If it gets too runny, you can add some almond meal and icing sugar until it reaches the right consistency.
