As a percussionist, I really enjoy this. I could never sit still, and I would tap my fingers, pencils or drum sticks on anything. These guys and gals just took it to the next step. Truly awesome!

omigosh. i watched this in elementary school, our music teacher got us to watch it and i decided to look it up to show my roomate. yay! amazing how you can take something as simple as a trash can and turn it into music.

Saw these guys and gals in Brisbane and they were fucking fantastic. You just can't get enough of them. Brilliant! Amazing. So talented and they are so educational for young children without being educational. I can see young kids or musicians going home to practice making sounds out of ordinary objects. Seen 'Stomp' a couple of times. Utterly exceptional entertainment! What you see on here are small segments of a mixed show that combines skills in rhythm, dance, humour & control with exhuberance, stamina and a genuine will to entertain. How they keep up the level of energy and concentration for the whole show is beyond me. I'd jump at the chance to see them again, any day.

Our music teacher in 2nd or third grade had the class watch a tape of Stomp live and I remember having my mind glued to the screen during the whole time. It was just so enthralling. This brings back memories.
