Why do y’all always tell them to stop crying. 🤨 it’s a necessary stress response to help your body come out of being overwhelmed, it’s healthy to cry if you need to. Let the girls take 2 minutes of deep breaths and rejoin the group, that would do their mental health a lot better. It’s never good to immediately tell a child to stop crying 👀 teaching them to hold feelings that they need to process rather than helping them use those feelings to get them better, not healthy or good for the team

That's usually how it goes. There's no time to wait for anyone to master a handful of cheers because if they waited for everyone to master every cheer before moving forward, the season would be over lol. That goes with any team, not just JCE. In my past experience, our coaches would give us warnings, then if we didn't make improvements we would be on probation. We wouldn't be able to cheer, but we had to go to every practice and every game in full uniform. But we couldn't perform until we performed at a practice to earn our spots back. It was a very effective method because it pushed us to work hard to earn and keep our spots on the team. It's so easy to get comfortable when you've made the team and not work as hard as you did to get on the team. It's definitely alot of work but if you want it bad enough you'll put in the work.

I am loving the videos from hell week. I've noticed a lot of comments about the kids crying and about the coaches telling the kids not to cry... my one thing on that is --- cry if you need to cry... but don't shut down. Don't let that stop you from pushing through the frustration and tiredness you might be feeling. Of course let someone know if they're having some chest pains or have an injury, but as for crying because they are frustrated, annoyed, tired, etc... CRY! BUT DON'T QUIT. It's okay to cry. There is nothing wrong with crying. But don't let that stop you. Keep pushing. Keep moving forward. Keep fighting for it. There have been many of days where I had tears in my eyes, but I will still dancing my heart out. So allow yourself to feel it, then let it out, let it go, and keep moving forward.

Laila he preached to you something that is real take it as a compliment and give me exactly what he is saying because you dishh it out onto others start taking it as the same okay. I said that to you because I use to be you and I've learned a lot from it. I dished it out and took it that is what made me strong. I love watching you ladies, with all do with respect leaders if you are going to lead you have to do it the correct way. Ya'll given me weak chants that is why the girls be doing the cheer weak. Practice ,practice and more practice . They also need to feel the music because i feel if you don't like the music you won"t perform well .
