Great question! Unfortunately, neither jacket packs into its own pocket, and there is no included stuff sack with the Cirque jackets.

Follow up question - Cirque vs Aerolight. I have never used either but I do have the Ambient so I know the Sitka quality. What helps one decide ?

The Cirque is going to feel thicker and heavier than the Aerolite, and it will probably provide a little more warmth. The Aerolite seems to be in between the Cirque and Cirque lite, the Aerolite has a similar "hybrid" fabric as the Cirque Lite, meaning the sides and armpits are a thinner, more breathable fabric. What’s your top layering set up for a late season mountain hunt?

From Stone Glacier, I use the Merino Hoody, Helio, Cirque Vest, and Grumman Jacket myself. However, the ideal layering system will depend on current weather more than anything! -Brady

Which would be comparable to a piece like the First Lite Brooks down sweater?

The Cirque Lite Jacket would be more comparable. They are within a few ounces of one another; however, notable differences would be that the Cirque Lite Jacket uses synthetic insulation, so it is slightly heavier (but also slightly more waterproof). A feature that I prefer in the Cirque Lite is that it has the micro-grid fleecing on the back and underarms, helping it to dump heat from the "hot spots" more effectively than something like the Brooks Down. Any idea how these compare to the Kuiu Kenai?

Thanks for the question! The Stone Glacier Cirque and Cirque LITE incorporate synthetic insulation that is comparable to that found in the KUIU Kenai. The variance here is the volume of synthetic insulation found within the outer face fabric of each model, as well as the body mapping thereof. I'd suggest that the Cirque includes more than the KUIU Kenai while the Cirque Lite has perhaps slightly less volume in comparison to the KUIU Kenai. Outer face fabric materials appear to be similar throughout all three pieces, having held them all personally. One other difference that's worth noting is that the Cirque LITE incorporates a breathable micro-grid fleece into its side panels in place of the pit zips found on the KUIU Kenai.
