The position is better than you think, the valley is beautiful, the road is very quiet and a lot could be done with the land.

@@pppropertyvideos The road would be acceptable, that "nice small river" not. I know Portugal, and the rainfalls there. Last visit around 2000, but surely not became better. And the future does not look good. Have the same problem in front of my house here in eastern Austria, a barely visible trickle, and with the new quality of rainfall you can watch the level rising minute by minute. Last summer nearly flooded just up to my doorsteps. One of the reasons, i want to get away from here. Main reason is new austrian political direction, unacceptable for me.

I understand your concern but this was one of the wettest winters i have know in 18 years, the epth and width of the valley keeps it protected, never known that road to flodd and I live very close and own a property in the valley

@@pppropertyvideos Things will change, listening to science, very fast. From geographic position Portugal is very exposed, cause at the Atlantic. I am nearly 69 now, fled Hungary after 11 years, leaving back a little Paradise , now pissed on again here in Austria. The last one must fit, without any doubts. But that house might not be the last, you will show. The only way is to go to Portugal, and see things in real. And i have to put my property here into net, for sale, and watch, what reactions i get. With a rescued Dog i surely will not fly, instead go by car, what is 2700 kms........has to be planned well. Need some time, will follow you on. Warm regards !
