BMW e92 M3 interior upgrade guide

The BMW e92 M3 is treated to a much needed interior upgrade after years of general wear & tear! the interior had never really felt special to me so it was time to upgrade to an alcantara steering, larger DCT paddles, Red M sport button & black interior trims!
DCT performance paddles no longer in stock for sale sadly guys & girls..

I’m currently on Holiday in Mexico so this has delayed things.. fear not it’s at the top of my list when I return! The seats are in, heating + memory is working but the Canbus is not liking the FX series airbags or occupancy sensor so currently looking into coding or resistors 👍 as always I will keep you guys up to speed on the journey

I want to de-pin my DCT plug/connector. Do I just unlock the plug/connector and pull the wires out?

One the connector is opening you will need something small and metal to push into the top of each cable, will make more sense when apart but they really require no force to slide out if released correctly 👍

What was the paint used?

Halfords gloss black generic paint, worked well for the cost 👍

Sorry but the black paint looks awful, i had the trim around the windows painted after i found a small patch of corrosion- yep looks awful! Paint is paint and no match for an anodized look, but your seats mod look great !

No need to apologies Mark, we all like our own things 👍 for me the gold trims and cheap black trim reminded me to much of Renault plastics so wanted a more premium feel.. I’m very happy with it any way 😂
