I notice when ever a melodrama wins, it's either batshit insane (Independence Day, Until September) or it's completely dull and pointless ( Windy City, Dreamer) there's never an in between, and I prefer to keep it that way.

'Dream' is really just a sequel to 'Being There' where the President's failures stemming from following Chance's advice have left him destitute and desperately clinging to the success of a young bowler.

I consider kingpin to be a real strike when it comes to bowling features, this on the other hand is a 7-10 split. It does remind me a bit about cheers aswell with that intro. I have already figured out that Juan and Too are the features answer to Cliff and Norm.

You know, I have come to really appreciate when the main character does not win at the end and learns something from it. It twists the story a bit and I always enjoy seeing that from time to time. This movie was just boring and unwanted so to expect a good ending, let alone a good anything, from this movie is too much to ask for.
