Quite interesting. Thank you. I loved fishing various stonefly nymphs & occasionally dries on the West Branch of the Penobscot in Maine. Watching the adults flying around on a windy day was really amusing.

surveyed and snorkeled and covered many miles of rivers in the PNW! Always love doing snorkel counts and picking up these critters and feeding them directly to Coho!! haha

Thank you for making this video!!! Wow I didn't know how the stonefly larva curls when it first hits the water to help it sink down to the bottom! I can see now how taking advantage of the curve of a hook will help imitate the larva. Thanks again! (^_^)
