Lots of smaller to medium buildings, ie. The Grainery, looks much better than a few larger buildings. As it makes the settlement look more like a town

you can rightclick to quickly remove queue'd items btw, can also manually tell them to place down ladders so they can build, tho you gotta tell em to remove said ladders after they're done

24:30 honestly, it look really normal and natural, it looks exactly like people living there had to build a smaller house then extended it to fit the rest of the building. Also if you look ar the right you can see a symmetric house, and on the left you got the "new main entrance" with another small place trying to imitate the right side. Also the white in the ends are not result of the inner walls they're result of the fact that you had to make it twice and it had to be symetric before and now. And the different windows on the back are reflections of the inner structure of the building which is fine bc they also want it to look good on the side and also choosing the back to do that feels more than natural. Tip: symmetry does NOT means equal on both sides.
