I saw him in 1978 at Hampton Roads coliseum, and remember a beautiful young lady ask me if I would walk with her out , because her bf and her had words and he left her alone and she was so beautiful I was so smitten I didn’t even ask her name or for her number , I’ll never forget that I was 18 now I’m 61 that alone should tell you how awesome she was , I hope she sees this and remembers , I’m sorry for being the second guy that night that fell short I have regretted it ever since !!!!! I did a painting off a Seagul at Redondo Pier CA. Sent it for their Dining room so she could look at it every day. She past a year ago. Finally got to see Neil in concert two years ago. I was hoping he'd sing this and 'The Story Of my Life' but unfortunately he didn't. Never the less this was the best concert I've been to ever! Shortly afterwards he announced his retirement from live performances due to his health so I was so glad I got to be there. I wish Neil all the best for the future and hope he continues to write and record. Thank you Neil.
