Believing hadees is like that allah forgot to mention adultery punishment for married people. It is insulting quran since it is not in the quran period. Allah says he has completed your Deen this day in surah 5

Are there any examples of early Fuqaha who rejected stoning? It's strange that most of them accept it when it's not in Quran.

The very early Muslim sect, the kharijites/seceders, actually rejected stoning (rajm), but this isn’t often (if ever) talked about...😅

@@mugzA21 i don't know if this is currently their view, but their ancestors... and yeah, this group did precede the four schools. Salafi scholar Ibn Jibrin, in his commentary on _Usul al-Sunna_ (2:6), mentions that the Kharijites rejected 'rajm,' as it wasn't found in the Quran. Dr. Sa'd al-Din Hilali, in his discussion on stoning on KZbin (vid title: د. سعد الدين هلالي/ إختلاف الفقهاء في حكم الرجم للزاني المحصن - at the 5:07 min. mark), mentions this minority (the Kharijites & some of the Shiites) that dissented early on, and then some recent scholars (like Sh. Muhammad Abu Zahra) who took the same view. Dr. Khaled Abou El Fadl, who also holds this opinion, touches on it in a video uploaded by _The Usuli Institute_ 4 months ago, called *Response to Being Labeled a "Liberal/Progressive/Mutazilite" | Khaled Abou El Fadl | Usuli Excerpts* (at the 3:37 minute mark). ...In Arabic, islamweb (fatwa #328825) mentions that the Kharijites and some of the Mu'tazilites denied stoning. They even go on in that fatwa to say that denying it is *not* disbelief, as it is not rejecting a Qur'anic verse/incontrovertible text or something 'known-by-necessity' to be part of the faith.

I love u brother 🙏💔🙏 and I am an avid listener of yours. But this time, for such a serious matter, taking the life of people, it seems like you are beating around the bushes :) This Stoning matter, as u said, is against the Quran, etc refuted by so many scholars, real scholars that use their brains not the ones parroting So Why don’t you say like it is. The stoning has no place in this beautiful Deen regardless how and how long it has been practiced. No need for gymnastics for such a serious matter. With love 🙏❤️🙏

@@sam_mirza not sure who you mean....my thought is not only about stoning..example : the prophet a.s. is taken to medina as a baby... connect this to the milk brotherhood in islam. or blood money is introduced before Islam ... Q114-1 I think it was Abu Mutalib who said that in a poem before the Qur'an ... religion therefore accepts the culture but wants justice from this culture

Muhsin means fortified or exclusive NOT married. And its the woman that must be fortified ...the guy can have sexual relations with as many women as possible - they need to be exclusive to him
