Those BMR videos from under the car were amazing. I know I personally had a bunch of wheel hop my first time out to the track. Will be beefing up the rear end before I head back. Great video bro, only suggestion would be some kind of work light to better illuminate the areas you were working on. Was kinda dark in a couple spots but great info nonetheless. Great vid brother. Congrats on the sponsorship. I have CB005 on mine with the diff bushings kit. I think I regret the diff bushings kit. The CB 001 or CB005 is a lot more beneficial than just the 762. The 762 is for big power regity. The other CB005 or 001 is for actual wheel hope

My 17 EcoBoost has a lot of wheel hop can't imagine a GT and how much they'd slip
@Suomyice6 жыл бұрын
I have the CB005 on my 17 GT PP manual. And it still wheel hop badly. I am running the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires witch I believe are suppose to be good tires and I am running the stock tire pressure.( I have not so far played with the pressure) But it hops badly on the street if I take of hard and it doesn't recover until 3rd gear. If you don't let of the gas. It is the same on a track. The only pass I have done was with stock tire pressure. And it hopped badly there also. Afterwards, you could see the wheel hop marks on the track. I had high hopes when I installed it. And got disappointed it wasn't the magic cure I hoped. I started thinking if the 23mm wheel spacers I have were causing an issue. But I asked Justin the owner of VMP on there life KZbin show. and he said NO to that. Is this 762 to be an improvement over the arm in the CB005 and will they discontinue the CB005 arm and only offer the CB010 and the 762 in the future? I guess the wheel hop is a much bigger of an issue on manual cars. But I think many other factors are at play then only the soft bushings in the cradle. Take my car for exp. It has the level 2 cradle lockout but still hops every time when you smash the throttle in 1st gear even if I let it start to roll before I WOT in a straight line, and I am only running Power Pack 2 and a catback. I think there must be a movement also in the arms and possible the vertical link. So I guess to get a real solution the bushings need to be replaced in the a-arms, and that is pain to have to do a complete disassembly of the rear suspension. and have stiffer bushings pressed in an out. But I hope this work for you, Have fun and good luck with the shootout. Is the weather forecast good?
@Zander13Productions6 жыл бұрын
The 762 is supposed to improve it ton loads over the standard cb005. How do you like the Indy 500 tires?
@Suomyice6 жыл бұрын
@@Zander13Productions I think the Indy 500 are good tires specially for the price. Other then experience wheel hop that I am think is not the tires fault. They have performed fine.
