Aging means you’re winning at life. Aging is beautiful. I’ve earned every fine line and wrinkle, and I’m sooo glad to have outgrown the insecurities of my 20s and 30s. Whatever makeup application makes someone feel beautiful, IS BEAUTIFUL! Stop preying on people’s fears of getting older in our youth obsessed culture, and start celebrating all of the unique things that makes each of us beautiful in our own way. Kindness is beautiful.

@@squirrelgirlshell Thank you for sharing your perspective! As a 42-year-old, I completely agree - aging is something to celebrate, and kindness is always the most beautiful thing. My goal is simply to share tips that help people feel their best at any stage of life. 💕

According to some health and beauty experts, using an eyelash curler can slowly damage your eyelashes. Your eyelashes can look beautiful by getting yourself a good mascara! I never use an eyelash curler and my eyelashes are looking good! And I am 51 years old! 😊

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! 💕 I’m sure you have beautiful lashes naturally, but using a curler can definitely make your eyes look bigger, especially if you have straight or shorter lashes. A quality curler and gentle technique can make all the difference. By the way, what mascara do you use? I’d love to know!

I use BareMinerals "Maximist" and BareMinerals "Lashtopia"! ☺️ My eyelashes have become quite thin and shorter since an autoimmune disease I developed 10 years ago! And with those 2 mascaras and some other organic mascaras I used in the past, my eyelashes always look much fuller, longer and curlier! At the same time, the natural ingredients in these organic mascaras do feed your eyelashes! That's why for me, I don't need to use any curler. 😉 And when I read that it's actually not good to curl your eyelashes, it has completely put me off! 😀 But each their own! 😀 Thanks for getting back to me and well done for making videos to give women good tips! 🥰

Oh I forgot to add that even though I don't use concealer as I am not into that kind of makeup and I don't need it as I have never had any dark circles anyway, I strongly agree with the fact of using a lip liner as it makes such a difference to your lips and whole face! And especially now that my lips are looking less full than when I was younger, a lip liner is most welcome for me!😜 In general I use some mascara, a light layer of mineral foundation powder, a bit of blusher, lip liner with lipstick (which is a must for me 😊)....and sometimes some eyeshadow! And I am good to go! For me that's the kind of natural makeup look I am into! 😊

Great tips! I particularly appreciated the contouring tips, as my attempts following other videos have resulted in too much contour. ❤

That's a BRONZER not a Contour. Contour is more of a Gray for shadowing. Bronzing is the Color you're using. Your's Truly Gen X Women Mom and Wife

Thank you for the feedback! You’re absolutely right - I wasn’t using a true contour stick in the example, it was more of a bronzer. That said, contouring is a technique, not a product. It’s all about strategically using makeup (like creams, powders, or sticks) to sculpt and define the face, enhancing its natural structure. I appreciate you watching and sharing your thoughts! ☺️

Hi Darlene! For this video, I already had my base on. I personally love using a BB cream for a lighter, dewy look. I avoid matte formulas since I prefer that fresh finish, but I know a matte option might work better for those with oily skin. Hope that helps! 💕

Why don’t you squint to show when using the translucent powder? I am not trying to be rude, I am just curious. Thanks😊
