50 year old white dude here. Literally stumbled on your videos today. As someone who is single after being in a bad 20+ year marriage I am trying to make sure my next chapter is a happy and healthy one. And I think I just found a guide that can assist me in this journey while I “do the work”. Bravo young man. Bravo.

From my own personal exsperience, I was always focused on what other people were doing with their lifes I began to start comparing myslef. "Oh they always seem like they are having a good time" or " Damm I wish I had friends like that" and so when I deleted social media it made me realised and apreciate what I have already without comparison and learned that we are all on our own journeys @@Xzortix

The funny thing that happens when you start pleasing yourself, is that the burning desire for outside validation begins to dissolve. That need for outside praise and fulfillment (others doing for you as you *wish* they would) fades away when you begin to make fulfilling choices for yourself instead. Once that happens, it's like an energetic shift takes place. Your needy, grasping energy returns home to center and you become calm and still. And *that* is likely the point in which the attention and validation you've been rabid for this entire time will come -- it's a wild contradiction. A calm and private, satisfied spirit is like a magnet in this world that is filled with seeking, grasping energy. Boundary up, kids, this is the most wild of rides. 💕

It's funny how we all know that some thing's are bad for us. We know this but yet there is like this fog in between our thought's and ourselves, that fog is mostly created by social media. And you sir are doing an amazing job telling people the truth, only with words, nothing else. Keep going man your doing good for the people who don't have a bigger brother or sibling. Nothing but facts. I needed to be reminded of this again, even though I’m aware we sometimes lose our self with the thoughts of what others think and how they feel about us. I felt like I had struggled through that probably my whole life in a way trying to find my own identity. My family is truly important to me and without them I wouldn’t be who I am and same goes for my friends. But im at a time where now the same friends I have been with since elementary and middle school we all see and do things less and pick and choose who we want to associate with. What this year has shown me was exactly what you said in this video word for word brother. through this experience of life I now see where I stand and what I should be shooting for. Thank you 🙏🏽 keep up the uploads it’s very informative!

I’m amazed by how much wisdom this has, you’ve helped me so much. I was just crying because a close friend of mine made a minor comment about my outfit. I was so insecure about my identify that attacking a small thing like my outfit felt like the end of the world. But if I’m being honest, I’m now grateful she said it because it made me realize how much I idolized wanting to be approved of. And because of the misplaced trust that I put in myself instead of God I obviously got hurt in the process😅. Of course I wouldnt want to hear the same comment again 😬😂 but it’s opened my eyes for a change of the better! This helped me to calm down and remember who I am AS A PERSON and even more importantly AS A CHILD OF GOD is much more important than what somebody thinks of my appearance. I usually don’t comment but I know the power of testimony is real. I also wanted to say you aren’t alone!! This is a bit off topic but I’m currently about to transfer into a new school and I think this is where all the new anxiety is coming from. If you could pray for my up coming year this would be a blessing. Thank you so much and stay strong!! The sun ALWAYS comes out after the storm. :)

His words are so very true. But when it's all said and done the only one we should care about what we do or think is God. For he is the only one that can judge us. He is who we need to worry about and please by following his path. No one loves us better that God Almighty. Look in the mirror and tell yourself I am beautiful and I love myself.
