Waiting for your trading setup is one of the most important aspects of psychology in trading. Failing to do so can lead to becoming liquidity, which is why I appreciate this video.

This exact set up happened to me on amd yesterday and I didnt trade it due to the qqq flat as could be, and I was saved because I didnt jump. You taught me that Vince. Thanks

you are a fantastic teacher, with a lot of clarity and a great heart. I'm a beginner, i am not understating all of it, but i am getting there. thank you.

The squeezes is what mess me up last year -- but this video you explained perfectly and the patience is key for the trade to come to you and always appears..thank you for sharing..

This is a great video for me, being patient and watching for a better setup is key. I have chased the fomo and it doesn't work. Anything that removes emotions is helpful. Thanks your awesome! 👍🙂

This is what I like about Vince, he understand you cannot re-do what you miss. You look at what happened and look for what you can work from what the market is showing you.

Have fun tomorrow Vince! Thank you for the video... always learning something new. You nailed it when you mentioned the emotional decisions that happen to a trader during a breakout.

Your live videos have been the biggest help for me getting myself into the amazing art of trading. Keep up the great work! But I do have a small request… could you go over your charts and incorporate volume at key levels? Even if you don’t go over the volume in relation to price, volume on screen helps :)

Missed that retest bcuz i was off the screens by that time. Soon as we squeezed and i didnt find a good entry to enter i called it a day and left thinking we would trend up all day and i hate those days. Beautiful retest though as always. Great video Vince and great lesson. Catch you on the Livestream. Keep it up brother 🔥🔥

Omg I almost fell for that bear trap today on QQQ. But my strategy is trading after lunch time (1:30-3pm) so I don’t care none of that in the morning as long as they show me how big whales wanted the market to move. Proud of myself and thank you so much for the videos brother!

But sometime the stock went up before it reach the demand zone, like ytd waiting ndivia to hit 450, but it went straight up after a hammer candle on 451.80 😢

How do you avoid shorting the supply at 438 before the breakout? Is there a sign that it wasnt a good short?

I switch to larger time frame and realize the sellers are really weak with broken body candles and down ward long red wicks.

What made you decide to buy back into that heavy supply zone, with maybe 10 points of reward? Above 4400 could be a different story but would love to know your thought process there at 4390

The comment "where is the stop loss" resonates, Don't FOMO, and stick to the plan, wait for the market to give you an opportunity to profit.

I attempted the same trade today. Entered a little early but after that initially 5 min “reversal” candle that test 436 I decided if we broke below that I’d get out. And I honored my stop and was out on that second spike down just below it. Leaving me on the sideline for this move. This is currently my biggest issue, being stoped out then price going to my target. Anyone have some tips for me? Watching this video makes me feel hope I’m on the right path for being able to identify this opportunity on my own but I also now want to pull my hair out because of how I executed it today lol.

Same problem, but trading smaller helps with allowing for a larger stop zone.
@snazzyweez4268 Жыл бұрын
We have all been there. On the livestream with Vince, you hear him say he is “getting ready to stop out, let’s see how this 2 min candle closes”. He doesn’t set the stop and will not stop out on a quick push, it really needs to hold for him to stop out. I also struggle with the same thing you do, I manually stop out and take much smaller size so I don’t feel pain if I stop out at 435.90 or 435.75. Also, just like the title of the video “patience”. Wait for a good entry very close to 436.00. 2 min candle never closed below 436.00…No reason to stop out.
@Amooso Жыл бұрын
Thank you for the thoughtful reply. The part about not stoping out on a quick move, that it needs to hold is something I will for sure take away from this. Much appreciated

Good replies from the guys above! The key is to have a position size you are comfortable with. Will allow you to think more clearly when price starts to approach your stop level.
