Great video Vince! I'm making this mistake regularly. I'm not patient enough...FOMO kicks in amongst other things. Good reminder for me to settle down and wait for the setup. BTW do you ever take 2 trades simultaneously like when u were watching NVDA & futures? Or is that too distracting to watch 2 positions?

Hey Vince, I enjoy watching you every morning and I like waiting for the retest too. Among other things, it just give you that extra time to prepare to enter the trade without the panic of catching a breakout. However, I think as you get better, the best strategy is to do both. Enter the breakout for a quick scalp, exit as it begin to lose momentum. Then enter again on the retest and hold for a more slower move and a second payday. But I get your point, every trader must possess the kind of patience you talked about, otherwise the market will wreck them. thanks!

Same here. I was down 19% almost at my stop loss and I avg down with another contract. Thankfully it played out and took 17% profit. Of course it pulled back shortly after and that was the retest I should have rode for a 50% return (before the twtr news)

Incredible.. Today was my first loser in a while.. I held too long and got roasted by the TWITTER news. I was trying to sell at $260 and sure enough I got crushed. Should have scaled out and got greedy. Lost almost $800 bucks.. Walked away for the day and gonna come back tomorrow and I should have just sold.. So stupid.. Vince good info as usual and back to the strategy...

The thing that sucks is when it starts to chop, the contracts start loosing value and just go to shit. Thats why I be exiting it, strict rules -20% before the market even makess a move
