I understand to extent about not doing it alone, however in my experience I have gained so much muscular and mental strength by doing it alone. In addition I did have 2x coaching calls, both of which the coach didn't arrive.

Dom can you do a video for people a tad more advanced and things like what your second pull day looks like in comparison to your first pull day of the week. Im always wondering how much weight or reps i should be dropping on my second pull/ push date and i keep blowing out my nervous system every month of training and seems to me it should be far less than that. That would be another thing you could address. Thanks so much. God bless you.
@Ben_sul2 жыл бұрын
Well if you are doing pull only twice a week and push twice a week on separate days, I think it should be equally as intense on both sessions
@wellutopia22372 жыл бұрын
@@Ben_sul i appreciate your advice but i do not think that is doable. Also Dominik here teaches that the second push and pull days you should lower the intensity. For example im doing 4x4 chin ups with 40 pounds. I can not do that on Tuesdays then match that same strength on friday. Push pull legs repeat. The second day lower intensity. Thats why i asked him how much we should lower because he says to lower but im always wondering by how much.
@wellutopia22372 жыл бұрын
@@Ben_sul Specifically he says to lower weight and possibly even reps. Im just wondering what he finds optimal
@Ben_sul2 жыл бұрын
@@wellutopia2237 no he said take a de-load week when your progress plateaus or decreases. Not every second session pullup. For example I started with 10kg 3x3 and now I am at 20kg 4x4. I took one de-load week at 10kg 4x5 because my progression plateaued. However I increased the intensity every other session
@wellutopia22372 жыл бұрын
@@Ben_sul Well you are mistaken sorry. Go watch his video Titled "How to write your own training program" Clearly says go a little lighter. I am a big dude. 6' 220. Very similar build to him. Perhaps you a tiny guy and your way is working good for you but im currently doing hypertrophy. Sets of 4 with reps of 8-10. Ill try to link the video but it typically deletes links.

Yes doing 10+ exercises on one session is so useless tou think you are hitting every single muscle in your body but nahh you are just getting tired i learned this the hard way. Now i focuss just on compunds and the gains went to the mutta fucking roof

True....Calisthenics is all about the right variation... challenging enough ... doing the same resistance/intensity exercises as variations give very little benefit...
