The losing streak has been my experience with elemental shaman. Opponents keeps clearing board and heal back up. Eventually run out of steam. Deck plays very much the same way every game- Keep dropping elemental minions every turn.

the only good payoff is skar, but you get him just every 5. game with a good consistent effect and when you play skar you have 50 percent winrate, if not you have maybe 30 percent. meta is too control heavy for this deck which is really good that not every dumby who just play long enough cant climb the ladders. if there is a meta which elemental shaman is good, than the game designs is just bad. to play on curve and win easy is just lame.

All of that is true but I just really like the fact that this deck plays for board and stuff you know? Reminds me of older times in Hearthstone

i think they key to this deck is to make good use of the discover cards. Mix it up with totems or mistakes. The verstatility it brings might surprise ya and lifts you off the straightforward playstyle a bit.

my experience is absolutely NEVER finding skarr at the right time. i go multiple games in a row making it to turn 12+ without seeing him anywhere
